- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience as mass housing/construction/real estate industry.
- Has a strong leadership ability.
- Good command of oral and written English communications
- Proven Project Management and people management skills.
- Coordinate Project reviews and ensure the project implementation of project reviews;
- Ability to work within budget and to deadlines;
- Excellent Communication Skills;
- Preparing technical reports;
- Preparing project status reports to Management;
- Oversees the overall spectrum of estimating, billing, coordination with contractors, availability of materials and manpower supervision;
