Qualification :
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
Job Descriptions :
- Creating and processing invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable
- To assist administration & human resources general task
- Organize and maintain employees’ database, files, and records
- Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible.
- Compiles and maintains records, daily filing, data entry
- Updating and key in inventories or stocks data in system.
- To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the management as and when required.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 - 4 months
Salary: RM500.00 per month
