Scope of Responsibility:
The Customer Development Assistant is responsible for supporting CDT in daily work. They develop and support the partnership between CP, the customers / retailers by helping to align our category/brand strategies and their shopper strategies to increase demand and Retailer support for our profitable growth. Aligning our in-store tactics through all the distribution steps up to the retailers to ensure we get our products into the POS, off the shelf, and into the home of our shoppers cost effectively and more efficiently than our competition.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development
- Support for CDMs in daily operational task and in preparing customer-meetings
- Creating customer and category reports, listing forms, collect and inform customers about logistics data changes,
- Contact the customer if needed regarding the given tasks
- Managing invoices, checking and controlling prices, work close to Customer Service
- Keep SR updated about changing assortment and promos
- Creating and managing promotional forms
- Select and archive flyers, collect competitor info, creating analyzes
- Promo map update
- Managing POP activities (image pages, displays, POS materials)
- Use Nielsen and scan data in order to drive fact-based decision-making, improve promotional ROI and overall business performance for CP and the customer
- Assist in the development of Sales presentations for business meetings as required.
- Take part in the preparation and maintenance of reports and other sales information required to be retained.
5P Definition and Deployment- Monitoring and controlling execution of promotions
- Monitoring listings and shipments of new products and promotions
- Support in deploying RE activity grid by customers
- Creating planograms for Cat/Man projects and secondary placements
- Commercial and Business Planning Process
- Support for CDMs in preparation for KAM review, ROI day and business reviews
- Support CDMs in forecast process with Atlas - Customer Planning, Pre-Evaluation and Customer Execution
Acting in accordance with “Competition Law”, “Rules of the Roads” and “Commercial Selling Principles”- Teamwork
- Working cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, customer service & logistic, legal teams to deliver growth
- Attend internal meetings as and when required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
University/college degree is an advantage- Working experience in sales/marketing at multinational companies are an advantage
- English – strong
- Good analytical skills,
- Microsoft Office (MS Excel -Pivot Tables, VLookups) and Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Good organizational skills
