What this job involves
To drive and support continuous HSE performance improvement across RE in the country by providing independent assurance and coaching to the teams.
To strive for a safe working environment in all RE managed sites in the country.
This position is required to support the improvement journey on HSE culture and performance in RE and GF in country through delivery of up-to-date and pragmatic HSE management tools and systems.
The position will provide support with the challenges in RE activities for the new RE sites onboarded in the country. This will involve interaction with multiple business groups and will require the ability to work effectively with various internal and external technical parties."
Ensure that the RE HSE systems and process are systematically aligned & integrated with stakeholders and business partners that allows planning, monitoring and execution that promotes delivering one common vision and enables two-way communications for better business outcomes
Facilitate the HSE knowledge management agenda in the relevant RE teams (acquire, retain and transfer) to assist the growth in HSE organizational capability.
Embed a culture that supports and encourages capturing & sharing learnings that drive better performance & greater value across the RE team
Provide coaching on HSE leadership and competency gaps to RE Project and Line managers, HSE critical staff and contractor groups.
Provide support and build fluency with the RE Project and Line managers on RE HSE Management System, Project Protocol and Control Framework implementation, Behavioral safety and culture change programs, HSE Performance Management systems, Fountain Incident Management, Fountain Assurance and Insight Browser.
Provide HSE SME guidance to RE Project Team(s) on HSE & SP Risks and Mitigation measures, HSE Activity plans within RE Project Protocols and Projects’ RiskIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
